Company History
Huge Smoker is a BBQ catering service based in Navasota, Texas. It was started by Adam Krantz when he decided that he needed to spread his love for BBQ with others. We have catered events as small as a family BBQ and as large as a Fortune 500 regional event. We smoke all kinds of meat, including brisket, pulled pork, ribs, sausage, and even holiday hams & turkeys. With our mobile smokers, we're able to deliver your BBQ order to you while it's still smoking.

A lot of my favorite childhood memories were at family barbeques. I loved watching my dad cook meat in his homemade smoker, almost as much as he did. He taught me all of the important principals in making great smoked meats, and I have spent decades perfecting my own recipes. I have invested time and money in my passion of smoking meats, which allows me the spread my love with others. I have never found a meat that I couldn't prepare to perfection, and I'm up for any challenge.
